A nest was found near the village of Lugy (Transcarpathian region) at altitude of 1600-1650 m 26.09.1993. Descriptions of nests from the ukrainian part of the breeding area are absent. There were 3 nestlings 2-3 days old in the nest. The first egg was laid approximately 9.09. Breeding in September is rare for this species. [Ukrainian].
