For many endangered species reintroduction is the only chance for reinstatement. Despite a popular opinions it is an expensine and long-term process. It demands preliminary studies, high quality staff and clear fixed aim. In Poland the reintroduction of Peregrine Falcon has been executed for ten years. During this period there were about 100 young falcons hatched in various areas of the country. In 1999 three active nests of reintroducted Peregrines were found. [Ukrainian].
