In the South Dniester Region (Slobodzeya district of Moldova) 8 breeding species were found in 1991–2000, breeding of one species is supposed. Common Kestrel, Red-footed Falcon and Hobby are the most numerous species. Total number of birds of prey, bred in the region in 2000, makes about 100–110 pairs (13,42–14,90 pairs/100 km2). [Russian].
