Case of close breeding of two pairs of Mallard in Kaliningrad city. - E.L. Lykov. - Berkut. 17 (1-2). - P. 185-186.
Two nests were found in the basis of a willow bush on a meadow among the water on 2.05.2008. They had 4 and 10 eggs. Both females incubated the clutches. Interchange of eggs between nests was registered. Chicks have successfully hatched. [Russian].
